Description
Coconar is an orange wine with minerals and light tannins, with aromas of ripe apricots, coconut cream, and black tea.
Hand harvested. Fermentation with ‘pied de cuve’ (spontaneous pre-fermentation) in fiberglass tanks without temperature control, with ten days of maceration. Five months storage in steel tank. No filtration, no sulphite added, no added yeast and no chemical products.
