Not carbonated but obtained through the Charmat-Martinotti method, with a fermentation at controlled temperature in closed steel tanks to obtain a pleasant pale straw yellow wine with fine perlage.
Scents of flower and fruits, most of unripe apple and lemon.Crispy and pleasantly fruity.
