Description
Good acidity, freshness is required, very good length.
Very open with notes of red fruits (blackberries, raspberries) and some spicy notes.
The wine is barrel-aged for 11 months, 50% new barrels (wood of french origin with a long heating at low temperature for a very delicate woody taste).
