Description
Obtained from Negroamaro grapes. Negroamaro is an autochthonous variety grown in Apulia.
The colour is deep ruby red, while the aroma is a red fruity concentrate with cherry and black pepper notes. Soft, enveloping with a pleasant bitter aftertaste.
This wine is perfect to pair with vegetables, sea food and shellfish. The ideal serving temperature is 12-14°C.
