Obtained from Pinot Grigio grapes grown in the north-eastern regions of Italy known as “Tre Venezie”: Trentino Alto Adige, Veneto and Friuli.
The must of the Pinot Grigio grapes remains in contact with the skins for about 6/12 hours giving the wine its beautiful pink colour.
Light coppery colour. The aroma is fine, fruity, and floral with hints of artemisia. Fresh and crispy, with a fruity finish of citrus.
This wine is perfect to pair with vegetarian pasta, appetizers, seafood and white meat. The ideal serving temperature is 12-14°C.
