Compass Distillers is proudly raising our Elbows Up, with our Made in Canada corn whisky.
This whisky features a corn forward grain bill of Canadian grown grains, that has been milled, mashed, and fermented in our Halifax distillery.
It was then twice distilled in Tess, our Vendome still – she was built in Louisville Kentucky but has been in Halifax since she was made so she’s a Canadian citizen now.
