Description
In the glass, a light ruby red with a terracotta hue.
On the nose, suggestions of red and black cherries, blood orange, great minerality, mustard seed, woodsmoke, and a touch of dark chocolate.
The palate is medium-bodied with wonderful structure, silky tannin structure, pitch-perfect acidity, and superb tension from start to finish.
As would be typical for a cool climate red wine, we recommend serving with a light chill for optimal enjoyment.
